How do I know what membership level I’m in?
Members can view their membership details by signing in and clicking on the “Account” button at the top right. Their current membership level will be located under “My Memberships”.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?
Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership level by signing in and clicking on the “Account” button at the top right. From there, they can click the “Change” button under the current membership level to get redirected to a membership level selection page. They will then be presented with the option to either upgrade or downgrade levels.
What’s included in each of the membership levels?
Currently, we only provide two membership levels.
Basic members get access to 4 free pieces of content a month instead of the usual 2.
Unlimited members get full, unrestricted access to our library of content.
How do I change my email address or update my password?
Members can change their details by signing in and clicking on the “Account” button at the top right. The option to “Edit Profile” or “Change Password” will be presented to members under the “My Account” section.
How do I get an invoice for my HBR subscription?
Members can get an invoice by signing in and clicking on the “Account” button at the top right. A list of your past invoices will be presented at the bottom. Click on any of the dates to access the invoice for that date.
